I earned my college degree in Taipei, Taiwan, and moved to Guam in 2000. Initially, in an office job, I faced challenges juggling work and my kids’ activities. So, I shifted to real estate part-time, then full-time as my kids grew. I’ve been with Coral Sea Real Estate since 2012 focusing on refurbishment, leasing, sales, and property management.
I hold one real estate license and six condo rental licenses reflecting my involvement in the rental property market. I enjoy seeing properties transform and building trust with clients. Outside work, I love photography, cooking, shopping, and interior design. Additionally, I have served as the parent president at a local Chinese school and facilitated the lion dragon dance team’s participation in over 500 events, showcasing my commitment to community engagement and cultural enrichment.
