With a solid educational foundation including a Bachelor’s in General Science from Seattle University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Thunderbird, AZ, I bring a wealth of academic rigor and expertise to my professional endeavors. As a proud graduate of Father Duenas High School and a seasoned math teacher at JFKHS for over three decades, I have demonstrated a steadfast commitment to education and mentorship.
My journey into real estate began upon my return to Guam after completing my MBA in finance and international management. During my two-year tenure in the real estate industry from 1990 to 1992, I leveraged my academic background and passion for finance to serve clients with integrity and professionalism.
The essence of my role in real estate lies in helping clients realize their dreams of homeownership. Whether guiding buyers in finding their perfect property or facilitating win-win transactions for sellers, I am dedicated to ensuring a positive and fulfilling experience for all parties involved.
Outside of my professional pursuits, I enjoy running. As a member of the Guam Running Club, I am proud to contribute to the vibrant running community on the island, fostering a culture of health, wellness, and camaraderie.
