Before entering the real estate industry, I worked in the tourism sector, which is also a key industry in Guam. I often visited different houses with my family and developed a keen interest in property development, which inspired me to pursue a career in real estate. I started working in the real estate industry in 2019, and I have been in the field for five years now. I’ve received several “Agent of the Month” awards, recognizing my efforts and achievements in the industry.
As a REALTOR®, I find the greatest joy in helping clients find the perfect property that meets their needs or in assisting them in selling their properties successfully. Each client’s needs are unique, and I am able to provide professional knowledge and guidance throughout the process, ensuring they make the best decisions. Whether it’s through market analysis to identify the optimal time to buy or through marketing strategies to enhance the appeal of a property for sale, my ability to help clients achieve their goals brings me immense satisfaction and a sense of accomplishment.
I believe that communication and understanding are the most important aspects of a successful transaction. Being able to clearly understand the needs and expectations of my clients and effectively communicate these with the current market conditions is crucial. Good communication helps build trust and ensures that every step moves towards a mutually satisfactory outcome.
In my free time, my greatest interest is scuba diving. I thoroughly enjoy the relaxation that comes with being underwater, allowing me to temporarily escape the hustle and bustle of daily life and connect closely with the wonders of nature. This experience provides me with immense mental satisfaction and peace. I have participated in some community and charity activities, and although opportunities have been limited, I always try my best. Each participation has deeply made me appreciate the value of giving and has strengthened my sense of community. I believe that no matter the extent of participation, every contribution is valuable.
